Japan Rail

Hello,
I am traveling with my family of eight persons to Japan on April 19th to April 27th. We arrive at the Handed Airport, can we purchase the Japan Rail Pass at the airport? Second, this is our travel itinerary is the Japan Rail the most economical for the locations we want to visit:

Two Days in Tokyo
One day in Gifu
One Day in Kobe
Two days in Osaka
Return to Tokyo
