hi were going to osaka on april30-may3 then kyoto for may3-4 then tokyo for may4-7, do you suggest that we purchased the unlimited pass of 7days? we are 8 adults and 3kids(9yo,7yo,3yo).

Hi there!
That would depend on whether you make a return Tokyo - Osaka/Kyoto or just travel one way. The JR Pass is quickly worth considering if you make a return however for it is better to buy a normal ticket if you travel in one direction.
Something else nice to know: children between 6-12 are half price and children below the age of 6 travel for free.
