Here are some answers for you:

1. The Japan Rail Pass can only be purchased outside Japan. We offer worldwide fast delivery of the rail pass and you can order online here.
2. Here's a sample itinerary for you from Tokyo to Nagoya. From Nagoya you'll need to take more trains to get to the Toyota stadium. You can find full directions of how to do this on the stadium website here.
3. The last bullet train from Nagoya to Tokyo leaves at 21:27, so you should have enough time to leave the stadium and get back to Nagoya station to catch the train back to Tokyo I think.
4. The JR Pass cannot be used on any subway, however JR has a good rail network in Tokyo that you can use very well. Here's a map of all the JR rail lines in Tokyo for you to use, and an overview map of all the JR lines across Japan that the JR Pass covers.
