Hello Daniel-san,
We have received our JR Passes! So looking forward to our trip to Japan!
We will arrive at Narita airport at 17:25 on 7th August (weekday) at Terminal 2. From your website I have found that the exchange office in Terminal 2 opens at 20:00 while that in Terminal 1 opens at 19:00.
We will have luggage with us (we are 4 adults). Does it make sense to wait out the time till the office opens or should we catch the shuttle bus to Terminal 1? Will it be difficult to travel on the bus with luggages? Apparently the Narita exress leaves from Terminal 1, so does that make it easier to find, as this will be our very first experience of train catching in Japan, and we are not all that used to trains as we don't have them in Malta.
You have helped us so much already with our many queries, you always give good advice. Looking forward to your reply,
