Exchange JR Pass in Haneda Airport

Dear Daniel San,

I have my flight arrive in Haneda Airport late night and plan to overnight in the airport and exchange my JR Pass the next morning in the airport. I have checked the JR website and it stated as following:

Haneda Airport International Terminal JR EAST Travel Service Center
(Tokyo Monorail 2F Ticket Gate/Arrival lobby) 7:45-18:30

It is quite different from what I learn before from other posts which the office only open at 11am for JR pass exchange, can I please clarify this with you the exact office opening time? If yes, can I use the JR pass to Asakusabshi Station?

Dear Mei Ling,

The opening times of 7:45-18:30 are indeed correct. In the past the exchange service center used to be open as of 11.00. However opening times have been widened as of March this year.

You can use the JR Pass to travel to Asakusabashi, use the Chuo line from Tokyo station for this.
