Dear team,
we are ariving in haneda Airport, spending 9 nights is Tokyo (Shinjuku), 4 nights in Kyoto and going back to Haneda Airport. We would like to use the bullet train on the tokyo, kyoto trips.
We are not sure yet about our full itinerary, however for sure we will travel on the suroundings of tokio, maybe going to the disney, Mt Fuji...
We are not sure if this ticket is for us as we will not travel through many cities...
All the stations with JR on their name accept this ticket?
Can we use it for metro?
For internal city trains?

Hello Madalena,
A 7 day JR Pass could be an interesting option for your itinerary. Making a return Tokyo - Kyoto is almost the same price as a normal return ticket Tokyo - Kyoto using the Shinkansen. Now you get 7 days of unlimited travel with the JR Pass.
The JR Pass also covers travel to Disneyland, Haneda airport and within Tokyo on the JR Network. Additionally the JR Pass can also be used to travel for part of the way to Fuji. This however depends on what route you travel and which area around Fuji you wish to visit.
Lastly, the JR Pass will also be a great help for making day trips. From Tokyo you could visit Kamakura or Nikko. In Kyoto it's easy to visit Nara, Osaka or Himeji.
