Delivery to Brazil

Hi! I am the tour leader of a 12 people group that's traveling on the 31st of March, which is a Saturday.

My boss forgot to order the JR Pass and told me to do it today.

But March 29th is a holiday in Brazil.

Do you think there's time to order or would it be better for it to be sent to a) Brazil b) our hotel in Dubai which we will stay until the 3rd of April or c) our hotel in Japan?
