About Hakone Free Pass

Hi,

I already bought JR pass nationwide for 7 days

I plan to buy Hakone Free Pass 2 days online (altough only have a chance to use 1 day only), either on saturday or sunday.

My questions are :

1. If i already have JR pass, should i exchange the Hakone ticket at Odakyu at Shinjuku station or Odakyu at Odawara station.
   Cause i read that JR pass can also be used to Odawara Station.

Which one is faster / effective, using my JR pass from Tokyo station going directly to Odawara and then exchange the Hakone there or better using the hakone free pass from Shinjuku station with romance car directly to Hakone Yumoko station (with additional fee) ?

1. Does romance car additional fare about 1.100 yen is a return fare tickets or for 1 way only ?

2. If i take Gotemba premium outlet as my final shopping stop, then i want to go back to Tokyo, should i go back to Hakone Yumoto station route or can i get Odakyu bus that directly going to Tokyo? If there are buses from Gotemba, can i use the Hakone free pass for free or should i pay more ?

3. Are there any buses at Hakone area that can go to 5th station Of Mount Fuji ? And does the Hakone free pass include that bus route?
