7 or 14 day pass?

Our itinerary is:
1 nov- Narita airport to Nagoya
5 nov- Nagoya to Tokyo
10 nov- depart from Narita airport

I’m thinking I will just need to get the 14 day pass as the 7 day pass won’t be sufficient. We will be using the Narita express to Tokyo then straight away to Nagoya.
This our first time in Japan so any recommendations would help.
