If I first start using JR Pass, say on Saturday evening, will my 7-day JR pass be valid through next Friday or next Saturday evening?

Hi there,
The JR Pass is valid for 7 days. The first day of use is counted as a full day, so it will be valid until Friday if you activate it the Saturday before.
