15 days JAPAN with a 5YO child - Mid Jul 2018

Hi

We are visiting Japan in July for 15 days and travelling with our 5 year old child.

Would appreciate if you can provide some advise on our below itinerary. Please recommend which JR pass will suit us.

Sat - Arrive Haneda Airport 10am
Day 1 - 4: Osaka (4N stay)
Day 5 - 8: Kyoto (4N stay)
Day 9 : Hakone (1N stay)
Day 10 -11: Tokyo Disney (2 N stay in Disney partner hotel)
Day 12 - 14: Explore Tokyo, 3N stay in Shinjuku area
Day 15: flight out from Narita airport 6pm

We intend to do a day trip to Nara from Kyoto. Should we include day trip to Kobe or Nagoya (for Legoland :-) ) while in Osaka?
