Sanyo-Sanin Area pass questions

Hi there,

Unfortunately you cannot activate the Sanyo-Sanin Area Pass at Shin-Kobe Station. The closest place you can exchange it is likely to be Osaka/Kyoto.

You’ll need to buy the pass online first, where a copy of the exchange order of the pass will be mailed to you that you’ll need to take to the ticket desk of a major JR Station in the area covered by the pass.

Thank you for the help. I hadn't realised there were only some stations where you could exchange the pass.

Do you know if it is Osaka station or Shin-Osaka station that I would be able to make the exchange?
