I purchased a 7 days normal regional tourist pass valid starts today. I have a changed in my travel plan and no longer need the ticket. The ticket is unused, may I have refund for the ticket?

We do offer refunds up to 1 year after purchase date for any unused pass purchased through www.jrpass.com.
Please contact our support team via [email protected] with your order# to request a refund, and we will follow up with you. We do not process order refund through the forum or social media.
