Hello,
Is it possible to buy multiples regional pass and activate it at the same time, at the JRoffice, but starting at different time ?
Like :
1 february - Kansai regional pass
8 february - Kyushu north pass
16 february - Osaka - Tokyo arch pass
...

Hi Lola,
When exchanging each pass at a JR Office, you are asked for the date that you want the pass to be activated. So yes, you can exchange all your passes at the same time at one JR Office but have their activation dates set to be different.
