I would like to know is there a time frame between exchanging voucher and using the bus pass. Also, can I ride Fukushima Kotsu bus with the tohoku highway bus pass? Thank you!

Hi there,
There is no relation between the JR Pass the bus pass you mention. You can use them both at the same time if you wish.
As we do not sell any bus passes on JR Pass.com I can't answer the details on coverage.
