tokyo - hakone- mt. fuji - hakone-kyoto

HI JR Pass,

We are planning to go to Japan on July 5-12 from Canada.

I would like to know the JR Pass routes and directions based on the Iti:

Shibuya area, tokyo - hakone (july 5-7)

in hakone, we would like to have a day trip to mt. fuji, the come back to hakone for the onsens (july 7-9)

then we plan to leave hakone early for kyoto (july 9-11)

then we will fly out from kyoto to the nearest airport on july 12.

May I know the train routes and how much it will cost me and my husband?
