Timing for start of Pass

Here is our proposed itinerary.

Feb 11, 2022 - Tokyo, HND airport to Tokyo Central Station area.
Feb14, 2022 - Evening Tokyo to Nagano
Feb 16, 2022 - Nagano to Kyoto
Feb 18, 2022 - Kyoto to Hirishima
Feb 18, 2022 - Hiroshima to Tokyo
Feb 21, 2022 - Tokyo to HND airport

Is there a 10 day pass, should we purchase a 7 day and just pay directly when we arrive, then activate when we travel Tokyo to Nagano
