Passes to use for Japan itinerary

I would like to have your advise on what are the best train passes to use for the following itinerary?

1st day arrive Kansai Int. Airport at 8:25am to Osaka (Shinsaibashi station (Midosuji line))
2nd day Osaka
3rd day Osaka to Kyoto (Kawaramachi station (Hankyu Line))
4th day Kyoto
5th day Kyoto to Nara (JR Nara Station)
6th day Nara to Nagoya in the morning and to Fuji in the evening (Kawaguchiko station)
7th day Fuji to Tokyo (Asakusa Station)
8th day Tokyo
9th day Tokyo
10th day Tokyo
11th day Tokyo
12th day Tokyo and leaving Japan from Haneda Airport at 11:45pm

Hi Kit,

It may sounds strange but I would actually recommend buying normal tickets for the above itinerary. The JR Pass is great if you travel on a couple of Shinkansen routes. For instance a return Osaka - Tokyo will quickly pay off. However your itinerary basically is a one way trip Osaka - Tokyo with a couple of nice stops on the way.

Hi Again,

WIth normal tickets I mean buying tickets as you would do normally at the station, in the event when don't have a JR Pass.
