First time going to Japan. Will be arriving in Narita and would go to Kyoto for a few days and probably Osaka for 1 day then back to Tokyo for the rest of the time. I like to know what train lines i can use the jrpass.
For Kyoto, i would like to know how to get around using the jrpass to see the popular destinations with a 3 days itinerary.
For Tokyo, it would also be great if you can let me know the best itinerary to be 3 days.

The JR Pass covers all JR lines nation wide, including travel to Kyoto, Osaka and back to Tokyo.
