should I buy individual rail tickets or 7-day JR Pass?
1) Land in Osaka - will take train to Kyoto; stay in Kyoto x 2 days (sights see city),
2) take train to Tokyo - stay x 2 days (sights see city),
3) then take train to Narita Airport to fly out

Hi there,
For your trip I'd recommend buying normal tickets. The cost of a Japan rail pass would be more than the cost of normal tickets for this route.
