My family want to go Fuji San from Haneda airport , then stay in Gotemba 2 nights then go Nagoya- Osaka , which JR Pass is good option or other transfer?

If you're planning on purchasing a pass, I would recommend a regular JR Pass - it'll cover all of your itinerary.
