First time to Japan, Please HELP!

My family and I are traveling to Japan in March for 2 weeks. Before purchasing a pass, I was to make sure i can get around in a few cities.

These are the following trips in my itinerary.

Narita airport to Tokyo (5 day trip)
Tokyo to Kamakura (Great Buddha for half day trip)
Kamakura to Yokohama (Yokohama ChinaTown for half day)
Tokyo to Yamanashi (Chureito Pagoda for 1 day trip)
Tokyo to Kyoto (for 2 day trip)
Kyoto to Osaka (Osaka Castle/Dotonbori for 1 day trip)
Kyoto to Hiroshima and Miyajima (Itsukushima shrine/Hiroshima Memorial Park for 1 day trip)
Kyoto to Urayasu (DisneySea for 1 day trip)
