We plan to do Kanazawa-Nara-Koyasan-Kyoto- Hiroshima -Tokyo
We don’t sure if it will be Hiroshima.-Tokyo Maybe it will be Kyoto -Tokyo. all in one week . It’s better for us to buy a pass for 1 week or by separately each leg

Yes, I think a JR Pass would be worth it but I do recommend checking the cost of your itinerary first, using our JR Farecalculator. You can also check this way with Hiroshima included (or not).
