day 1. Nagoya airport to Takayama .
day 2. Takayama ( hida & shirakawa & gokayama)
day 3 Takayama to Osaka (.Kobe -Osaka )
day 4. Osaka ( horyuji & kimpusan ji) , Kobe -osaka.
day 5 Osaka (city tour )to Nagoya. (nagoya city tour )
day 6 Nagoya -Nikko -Nogoya.( Nikko city tour )
day 7 Nagoya ( Ise shrine , Hiraizumi shrine )
day 8. Nagoya -airport.

Nagoya - Takayama ¥ 6,030
Takayama - Osaka ¥ 11,830

Nikko - Nagoya ¥ 16,030
For a total of ¥ 57,090 or ¥ 27,980 in savings as the 7 day JR Pass is ¥ 29,110. For this itinerary I would certainly recommend a JR Pass as you are making great savings.
Note that I left some places out, such as Shirakawago, as the bus the Shirakawago is not included in the JR Pass.
Also please note that you can't activate the JR Pass at Nagoya Airport, you can do so at Nagoya Station. Route details can be found here.
