Which pass is best?

Hi,

I will be travelling to Japan in June and will be there for 2 weeks, i will be going from Tokyo to Hiroshima and Kyoto during the first week before spending my last week back in Tokyo. Should i just get a one week JR Pass? or is it better to get a two week pass? (can it be used as a metro pass for my second week in Tokyo? or are there cheaper options)
