Hi there,
Your Pocket WiFi will work anywhere where there is mobile coverage. As long as the ship is within broadcasting distance it will work.
As I don't know the details of your cruise, I can't say for sure. You could ask the cruise company, will my mobile work during the trip. If the answer is yes, then Pocket WiFi will work too.
