how to understand the map,
should I change trains from narita airport to kumagaya?
I need to go to Ota (gunma prefecture) or isesaki station, I also saw the JR Kanto bus but I don't understand how to ride those bus from narita.

Which map do you mean? I would suggest searching your route in www.hyperdia.com this way you can get a detailed time table for each part of the day.
It is hard for me to give you advice without knowing what time/date you are traveling.
