I bought a 14-day JRpass to be activated on my trip to Japan in mid-March. For reasons of public knowledge my trip had to be rescheduled. I think it will be in October / November 2020.
It would be possible to use the JRpass for those dates. What dou you recommend?

Hi there,
For now the best option would be to refund your pass and get a new one once you decide to travel alter this year.
We are working on the option to extend or re-issue the pass later but at time of writing, this is not yet possible.
