Hi,
If you are arriving on a weekday morning you will likely find it very difficult to use the trains while carrying luggage. Since it will take some time to get through collecting your bags and going through Japanese Customs & Immigration, I'd suggest you grab some coffee and wait til after 9 AM, when the rush thins out fairly quickly. Or, you could take other transport such as the orange limousine bus from Haneda to Shiodome, which is very close to where you want to be. After flying around the world, it'd be smart to take it easy on your first day.
