I am landing Tue 29 Apr 14 08:40 Osaka (Kansai International Airport, Japan) .
Using JRP I would like to travel to Tokyo.
How much time and how I can plan my train travel?
Do I need to make reservation for train to Tokyo before?
If yes, am I use web page for that?
Please help about travel planning.
Tomasz
Hi Thomasz,
Kansai Airport to Tokyo takes about 217 Minutes and involved one transfer at Shin-Osaka station.
Here is an example route
You can reserve the tickets the moment that you arrive in Japan and have activated your JR Pass, seat reservations can be made up to 5 min before departure and seats are plentiful so you don't have to worry about seats selling out.
Hope this helps!
Daniel
