Tokyo wide pass

Yes it is possible to buy the Tokyo Wide Pass outside of Japan but we do not sell it here at www.jrpass.com. It is also possible to purchase it directly in Tokyo.

In Thailand as far as I enquired no tour agency sell this, Tokyo Wide Pass. We will be arriving other city in Japan, not Tokyo, but later we would visit the areas around Tokyo but start at Kawaguchiko. So the problem is we can't buy the ticket anywhere except Tokyo. If the Pass sell on internet will be very helpful. By the way, we also wonder if the Pass can be used starting from Kawaguchiko?
