Tokyo, Osaka & Hakuba

We are a family of 4 arriving on the 22/12/2019 we will be in Tokyo from 22-26 then traveling to Osaka on the 26. We will be here until we head up Hakuba on the 30/12/2019 and travel back to Narita on the 6/1/2020 to fly home. I am thinking we will traveling around Tokyo maybe to Disney Land on the 25/12/2019 and while in Osaka at USJ on the 27/28. I am thinking about getting the JR Pass 7 day for use from 23 -30 /12/2019. Am I able to use this pass without paying extra fees to get to Tokyo Disneyland and for travel from Tokyo to Osaka and from Osaka up to Hakuba. I have downloaded Hyperdia but do not fully understand how to use it. Any help would be appreciated.
