Recommended Passes for Japan Trip

Hi,

I am planning for my first Japan trip with hubby in January 2017. Below are the plan itinerary that we have so far but I am still confused of the type of passes that i should get to ensure smooth travelling. I am trying to save on budget by taking the bus on some of the areas but i also want to save time. Also Japan trip would not be complete without taking the bullet train.

Day 1 - Arrival at Narita very early in the morning. To proceed to Mount Fuji, then Kyoto
Day 2- Kyoto sightseeing , leave to Osaka by evening
Day 3- Osaka sightseeing
Day 4- Leave to Tokyo by evening
Day 5- Sightseeing Tokyo
Day 6- Tokyo Disneyland
Day 7- Gala Yuzawa - ski resort. Or would you recommend other convenient ski resort. We have never skied or snowboarding before. But would like to experience and get the feeling being in a place surrounded by mountains of snow :)
Day 8- Sightseeing Tokyo
Day 9- Sightseeing Tokyo
Day 10- Depart back home
