Hi! I would like to buy the rail pass and use it every day in a round trip from Shizuoka to Tokyo during 10 days. Is it possible? If I buy it today is it possible to make the seat reservations already? If not, when can I make those reservations?

Yes, you can use the JR Pass as many times as you like. Theoretically you could make the trip Tokyo - Shizoaka, 10 times a day or more :)
For seat reservations, currently they can be made upon arrival in Japan. See Reserving seats & boarding the Bullet Train.
