Narita - Tokyo - Hakone - Osaka - Yokohama

We will be arriving Narita on 3 April, staying 2 nights in Tokyo. From there, we will head to Hakone to stay for 1 night and then head to Osaka for 4 nights. Over at Osaka, we intend to travel to and fro Kyoto; Nara; Kobe etc. From Osaka, we will head to Yokohama for 2 nights and then to Narita airport.

Can give me the breakdown with the fares on JR trains for the above travel destinations which we intend to cover so that I can compare whether I should get a 7 day JR pass to save cost? I don't seem to be able to get the fare to travel from Odawara Station to Osaka station from internet search; so I can't do my calculation.

Narita to Tokyo = 3,000 (?)
Tokyo to Odawara = 2,000 (?)
Odawara to Osaka = (?)
Osaka to Koyto (round trip) = 1080 (?)
Osaka to Nara (round trip ) = 1560 (?)
Osaka to Kobe (round trip ) = ?
Osaka to Yokohama = ?
Yokohama to Narita airport = ?

Would appreciate your help in the above calculation so that I can compare if I should buy the 7 days JR pass and when should I activate the pass. Is it 7 days of consecutive use or can we break it up?
