Hi,
We are arriving at Kansai Airport on 5th November. We plan to purchase the 7 day Green JR Pass. Though our first journey using the JR pass won’t be until 9th November, with further Train journeys on November 10th, 11th, 14th and 15th, all within the 7 day usage period.
If we arrange the Meet and Greet Service for our arrival at Kansai airport, is the assistant able to activate the pass for the 9th November and make the seat reservations for all our journeys?

Yes, our Meet and Greet will be able to help you make the seat reservations you want. To expedite the process, we do recommend brining a list of times and trains you want to travel on. This way the staff could quickly make the reservations.
If you do order M&G, then you can leave a note in the special requests box that you wish to make reservations, so staff is aware ahead of time.
