Hi there,
The JR Pass will nor cover travel around Fuji, to Kawaguchiko and the Yettiw Snow Town.
You can use the JR Pass from Gotemba back to Tokyo, as well as travel to Kyoto, and Osaka using the Shinkansen.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
