Is jr pass really worth it?

Hi,
Im from the Philippines. Will be going to Japan for 7 days.
Heres my iterinary.
October 2 arrive to osaka
October 3 will go to tokyo
October 4 will go to gotemba and mt fuji
October 5 will go back to osaka
October 6 kyoto area
October 7 sight seeing around the area
October 8 go back to the Philippines

Do we really need to get the 7 day jr pass?
We also plan to get a tour package (sakura private guide). Is it wise?

Osaka - Kyoto ¥ 560
Kyoto - Osaka ¥ 560
Osaka - Kansai Airport ¥ 1,190

For a total for ¥ 34,490 or ¥ 5,380 in savings, as the 7 day JR Pass is ¥ 29,110. Remember that the 7 day JR Pass can also be used for local travel in Tokyo and Osaka, adding even more!
