Delayed/ delivery (maybe?)

Hi, I'd like to ask whether the railpass order I'm waiting for has been dispatched, because fedex is supposed to deliver it to Hungary but they don't have it yet and it's been almost 3 days since the order. Also, just in case I don't get it in time, because I'm leaving on 5 Aug (this saturday) can I use the confirmation number to exchange for the pass in Japan?
