Q1: Refer to JR web page "The JR Kanto Area Pass is available for purchase and use only by holders of non-Japanese passports."
If I have college student visa, Can I use "JR Kanto Pass"?
Q2: If I am already 25 years old but not reach 26, Can I buy JR East Pass with price for "youth"?
Thank you
Hi there,
The JR East Kanto pass can be used as long as you are a foreign passport holder and visa status shouldn't be an issue.
Yes, provided you are 25 at the date of travel you are eligable for the JR East Pass Youth Fare.
Hope this helps!
