Shipping for the Exchange Order

Our USA delivery is a next business day service. While we cannot offer a firm guarantee about FedEx delivery once we have dispatched, FedEx are extremely efficient and prompt.

If you ordered today, your ticket should be with you by Thursday at the latest. Full tracking details are provided for every order, so you also will be able to monitor progress. If you choose this option, please ensure someone is available to sign for your order on delivery.

As an alternative, we can also dispatch to your hotel or place of residence in Japan. Please note that delivery to Japan can take up to 3 working days.
