I think for this trip individual tickets will work out cheaper than a 7 day pass (¥28,300) - lets take a look at your base ticket costs:

1. Kansai airport > Kyoto: ¥3690, (75mins, 99km)
2. Kyoto > Otsuki: ¥14650, (243mins, 561km)
3. Otsuki > Tokyo: ¥2860, (76mins, 87km)
4. Tokyo > Haneda airport terminal 1: ¥620, (32mins, 20km, incl. non-JR)

JR ticket cost: ¥21,200 for 3 legs

As you can see you'll probably be better off with individual tickets, however do note that you won't have the flexibility to change your plans as you go. If you do choose a JR Pass you'll need to pay ¥1110 extra each way for the trip from Otsuki up to Kawaguchiko (five lakes) as this is a non-JR line.
