JR 7 day or regional

Hello,
I would like your advice on the best option for our travel and whether we should get JR Pass or just pay for each segment:.
Day 1 - from Narita Airport to Ueno
Day 2 - Tokyo to Osaka
Day 2-34 in Osaka, planning to go to Nara
Day 4 - going to Kansai Airport and flying to Okinawa
Day 7 - from Haneda Airport to Tokyo/Ueno Station
We also be staying in Tokyo for 2 more days, but we can probably just get transportation as we need.
