Hi I would like to hear your comments on my itinerary for our travel to Japan in Dec 2023

Our plan
19th Dec - Arrive Tokyo
20th Dec - Tokyo Disneyland
21st Dec - Mt Fuji
22nd Dec - explore Tokyo
23rd Dec - explore Tokyo
24th Dec - explore Tokyo
25th Dec - explore Tokyo
26th Dec - Tokyo - Kyoto (day trip); Kyoto-Osaka in the evening
27th Dec - Osaka-Nara for Day trip
28th Dec- Osaka
29th Dec - Osaka to Tokyo (Shinkansen)
30th Dec - Depart Tokyo

I am planning to get the JR Pass for 7 days for use from 23rd Dec to 29th Dec. I was wondering if it would make sense to visit Mt Fuji on 23rd to make use of JR Pass benefits.
I plan to use IC cards for the other days in Tokyo.
