Hakone to Kyoto

You can reach Kyoto directly from Hakone using the Japan Rail Pass. The Shinkansen station for Hakone is called Odawara, take local transport from within Hakone to Odawara and then get on the Shinkansen there. Note that there are only a limited amount of direct trains to Kyoto per day, so plan ahead.
