6 days 5 nights in Japan

Hello Sir/Mdm,

I have booked a trip to Japan on 28 Feb 2018 until 5 March 2018 (6 days 5 nights).

I would appreciate if you can advise if my Itinerary as listed below is fine before I buy the 7 days JR Pass.

28 Feb @ 4pm - Reach Kansai airport go to Tokyo via train.
1 Mar - Spend day in Tokyo. By afternoon go to Hokkaido by train.
2 Mar - Spend day in Hokkaido. By afternoon go to Kyoto.
3 Mar - Spend day in Kyoto. By afternoon go to Osaka.
4 Mar - Spend day in Osaka.
5 Mar - By 12 noon must reach Kansai airport
