16 Day trip in October/November

Hi!

Me and my wife are traveling to Japan this October and we were wondering if it is beneficial to purchase a JR Pass. I hope you can help us!

Our Itinerary is as follows:
Land on Narita on 21st of October
Stay in Tokyo till 30th of October but with round trips to:
Jigokudani 1 day return
Ibaraki 1 day return
Hakone 1 day
Nikko 1 day return

Arrive in Kyoto on the 30th and we stay there until the 5th of November but with roundtrips to:
Osaka 1 or 2 days return
Nara 1 day return
Himeji 1 day return
Maybe Nachi falls 1 day return

On the 5th of November we will travel to a hotel near Osaka KIX for the flight back.

I hope u can advise us in which, or any, JR pass we should buy!
