here is our itinerary for 3 to 17 July 2017:
day 1 to 4 Tokyo
day 5 to 6 Ito
day 7 to 9 Kyoto
day 10 to 12 Naoshima
.....
day 15 in the morning flight from Osaka to Tokyo and back to Belgium
my questions: 1 or 2 weeks railpass?
What do you suggest for day 13 to 14?
How do we get from Tokyo to Naoshima?

Hi Laurence,
Great itinerary, love the included visits to Ito and Naoshima. Only a few travelers pass by these.
I think a 7 day JR Pass would be the best pass if any option. However, you may also want to look at purchasing normal rail tickets. The price may be a little lower. The JR Pass would have been great if you also included the return to Tokyo with it.
You can use the JR Pass Fare Calculator to find an approximate ticket cost of a single route or even your full itinerary.
