We have purchased the "Meet and Greet" service with JR Pass.
When we arrive at Narita, we need assistance with our "Meet and Greet" representative to purchase Skyliner tickets, purchase Suica cards and make currency exchange. Should we have USD cash on hand or can we use our bank card? I made a note when we purchased the "Meet and Greet" service that we needed to do all of this along with Shinkansen reservations for the week.

You can either use your bank card or bring USD to exchange, both options can be accommodated. Your Meet and Greet service will be able to help you with all these items, including getting tickets for your onwards travel on the Skyliner, Suica cards and money exchange.
