Yes, you can get a refund. The best thing to do now is to buy a new pass upon arrival, then contact us when you are back and we can refund the pass. Do note that refund fees may apply.

Is there a process other than emailing support with my order number? I purchased on April 6th will I still be able to acquire a refund? After I return home may 24th?

Yes, we can offer a refund up to 1 year for unused exchange orders purchased through www.jrpass.com

Where am I able to purchase a pass in person? I arrive at Haneda at 21:34, is there any location open that late?

The office at Haneda will close by 20:00, you could do so the following morning at one of these stations:
